How to Make a Traditional Mexican Flan


these are your ingredients!

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

add sugar to a flanera pan. if you do not have a flanera pan you can use a small pot or pan that is oven safe.

turn heat to high and shake pan gently while sugar melts.

blend milks, eggs, and vanilla in a blender.

pour mixture from blender into the flanera pan over the melted sugar.

put lid on flanera pan and place into an inch of water in a larger pan creating a water bath.

bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

carefully remove lid. use a knife around the edge of the flan to loosen it from the pan.

boom. enjoy.

enjoy with a scoop of key lime ciao bella gelato.
