How to Make Spinach and Eggs Paleo Breakfast


Ingredients

Melt a bit of coconut oil over medium heat.

Add a handful of spinach and a dash of garlic salt. Fry til dark green.

Plate the spinach and set aside.

Fry two eggs in coconut oil - any style.

Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and enjoy!!!
