Always gather your ingredients and double check.
Begin by roasting your Red pepper on a open flame
Place the longer cooking items on your grills hot spots
Keep an eye in your pepper and rotate for an even charred pepper
Allow your ingredients to cook completely making sure the chicken reaches 165 degrees
Now clean the charred skin from the pepper with a sharp knife or under running water.
Now we have all our cooked items and ready to make the dressing.
You'll need the water not pictured to thin out your dressing as needed
Add ketchup, (sugar I like raw sugar), spice mix and red wine vinegar.
Whisk in the olive oil slowly, then add water to thin it out.
Mix ingredients with a little of your tomato vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
Maybe finish with a little more dressing or olive oil. Thanks and enjoy!!!
