How to cook pumpkin bread


Gather your ingredients. See complete list & measurements under "supply list".

Wet Ingredients: Add Pumpkin Purée, eggs, apple sauce, water to a batter bowl.

Mix all together.

Add 2 cup sugar to pumpkin batter.

In separate mixing bowl, dry ingredients. Start with 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour.

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

All dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.

Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mixing bowl.

Mix both together until well blended.

Prepare 3 mini loaf pans with non stick spray and flour as so.

Divide batter evenly amongst the three pans.

Put into a pre heated oven 350 F degrees on center rack. Bake for 50 minutes, until tooth pick clean.
