How to make easy breakfasts: vegan nutty oatmeal


Only 5 ingredients. I know you see only 4 and it's because 5th ingredient is cinnamon that I mixed with nuts while grinding

Boil 4 cups of unsweetened coconut milk, then add 2 cups of old fashioned oats. Cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes

Stir in 2 tablespoons coconut sugar. It might not be as sweet as you wish, so taste and add more sugar if desired. The oatmeal will get beautiful caramel color.

Place about one cup of oatmeal onto serving dish and top with cinnamon nuts ( I used pistachio and almonds, but you can mix your favorites)
