How to make gluten-free pumpkin cookies


It's officially October! It's time for the fall baking to start! I couldn't be more excited! :) Gather your pumpkin in a mixing bowl

Blend with vanilla, honey, agave, and the egg!

Beat in oat flour and oats, add white chocolate chips (optional). Scoop onto parchment lined sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve with a smile!
