How to make healthy egg muffins

Prepare your ingredients and lets get started.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees/ gas mark 4. Grease a muffin tray.

Put the onions, tomatoes, chicken and some of the peppers in the tray.

Put in three whole eggs and two egg whites in a bowl and beat together. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients and sprinkle each with some cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.

Delicious hot or cold! 😃
