Melt the butter and chocolate, whisk and set aside to cool.
Whisk eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla
If here chocolate butter mixture hasn't cooled, stir it in an ice bath for a few minutes. You don't want it so hot that it curdles the egg mixture.
Add the spice to taste!
Mix the chocolate into the egg mixture.
Add flour & salt 😉 and stir out the lumps.
Spread in an 8x12 greased baking dish and cook at 350 for about 25 minutes.
Tada!! Serve in a puddle of Salted Caramel Sauce. Brownies are so easy to make. This twist makes it a little or more of an adult treat! Don't forget to check out my guide on Salted Caramel Sauce.
