How to bake nutella muffins w/ nutella glaze icing


Preheat your oven to 325° Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in one bowl. Then set it aside.

Before mixing the other ingredients, melt both the butter and Nutella and combine. Then whisk in the milk, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth consistency.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mix until fully incorporated.

Spoon your batter into a greased muffin pan. Fill each muffin mold 2/3's full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until muffins are cooked through to the middle. Remove from oven and let them cool a bit.

In the meantime, prepare the Nutella glaze. With a fork, mix 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of Nutella (melted) and 1 tablespoon of hot water. Continue to add 1 tablespoon of hot water until

the glaze reaches the correct consistency for drizzling.

Voilà! Nutella Muffins with Nutella Glaze Icing. You can add sprinkles or whatever you'd like for decoration. Let me know what you think of it!
