How to make rice crispy treats (vegan)


Here are some ingredients you will need.

Add the oil, butters, psyllium, stevia, vanilla, mint and salt into a medium pot under very low heat, you want to just melt the ingredients together, do not boil.

Add the coconut and brown rice cereal and stir to combine.

Flatten out onto a greased 8 x 8 pyrex pan. Then put in your freezer for 45 minutes to set.

In a double boiler, add your chocolate in the bowl. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil.

Chocolate is melting!

Using a whisk or a spatula, stir the chocolate until it melts completely.

Spread it onto your treats and freeze for another 30 minutes.

Let them sit out for 10 minutes before slicing into because they might be too hard, but they are worth the wait! YUM.
