How to make 120 calorie double chocolate muffins


Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender or food processor and blend until COMPLETELY combined and no big oat pieces remain.

Stir half of chocolate chips into batter and scoop into lined muffin tin (12 count). Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top of muffins and bake in 350* oven for 10-15 minutes. Mine took 17 minutes

Once a toothpick inserted comes out clean, remove from oven and let cool in pans before removing and enjoying!

You won't believe how moist these are! They taste more like a cupcake than a muffin :)
