How to make pear, sunflower seed, parsley & orange salsa

Finely dice the pear

Finely chop the parsley and juice the Orange. Remember to remove the Orange seeds

Heat pan on medium heat, and pan roast the sunflower seeds until golden brown

Place all chopped ingredients into a bowl including the Orange juice. Toss and add lemon juice. Note: you may need to adjust the amount of juice according to your likings.

Serve in a simple bowl or in a ramekin. Enjoy!
