How to make momo's tibetian style


Take 1 cup of all purpose flour and a pinch of salt to it..

Add some water and make a thick dough..

Use Olive oil for cooking the chopped mixture..

Take a pan and heat the oil..

Now add chopped onions and cook for 2-3 min.. Make it reddish brown in colour.

Chopped cabbage, carrot and potato..

Add the chopped mixture to the pan and ginger garlic paste then cook for at least 12 min in medium flame.

Cook for 12 min in medium flame keep the lid on.

After 12 min take miracle masala from Chowmein..

Add the miracle masala and cook for couple of min.

At last add 2 tsp soya sauce and green chilli sauce/ paste.

Now the Momo's mixture is ready... Keep it aside.

Now take the dough in small pieces and make a small chapati

Make small chapatis

Now place the mixture in small amounts on the chapatis

Close the chapatis in four directions or as your wish but the mixture should be closed..

An place those closed chapatis with the clocked mixture in steam for at least 10 min. Place a lid to cook faster..

After clocking for 10 min in steam the Momo's looks like this...

That's it hot hot Momo's are ready to gulp in!!! ♨️♨️♨️♨️
