Marinate the minced pork with a tablespoon of corn flour, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and dash of pepper for at least 30 minutes.
The tofu I'm using that's written ideal for steaming.
Place on a plate that's suitable for steaming.
And steam for 5 minutes. You just want the tofu to be serve hot.
Drizzle some oil to your fav pan.
Add some minced garlic and fry till fragrance.
Add the marinated minced meat.
Fry in medium heat.
If you prefer your minced meat to be crispy like me, fry longer until all turn darker brown.
As you can see there's water after steaming the tofu, discard the water.
Place the crispy minced meat on top (discard the extra oil) and drizzle soy sauce. I am using premium soy sauce which is less salty.
Feel free to garnish chopped spring onion on top. I doesn't like spring onion so I omit it. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
Dinner is ready!
