How to make cold brew coffee

Measure 3/4 cup of coffee beans into the coffee grinder.

Pulse coffee grinder.

Stop when beans have turned into course grounds.

Pour the coffee grounds into a container with a spout that allows for easy pouring.

Pour the grounds into the filter insert.

Place the filter insert into the glass carafe. Turn until secure.

Add 1 cup of water.

Wait until water filters through the grounds.

Then finish pouring water until it fills the carafe.

Tighten the lid of the carafe.

Place in refrigerator for 12- 18 hours before serving.

After coffee has brewed, open lid.

Remove filter insert.

Replace filter insert with stir insert.

Stir coffee for 5- 10 seconds.

Close lid of carafe.

Pour ice into glass until 1/3- 1/2 filled.

Pour cold brew coffee into glass. Optional: Add sugar and/or cream.
