How to make meatloaf in an alto-shaam combi oven

Assemble ingredients. Note: the brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar are already mixed together.

Sauté onions, garlic and thyme till translucent.

Combine eggs, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, milk, salt, and pepper

Mix thoroughly

Combine everything except the ketchup mixture

Mix well and form a loaf.

Place into greased pan, brush ketchup mixture on top.

It should look like this.

Place into combi oven and insert probe.

Cook in combi @ 250F (121C) until the meatloaf reaches an internal temp of 160F (71C).

Remove finished product from oven.

Slice and enjoy!
