How to make almond joy granola

Put a baking mat on cookie sheet

2 cups oats

1/2 cup almonds

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg and 1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 salt

Mix all dry ingredients

In separate bowl, melt coconut oil

Add honey

Add vanilla

Stir until combined

Pour into dry ingredients and toss to coat everything

Spread granola mixture over entire pan

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes

Stir every 10 minutes

If you want you can toast coconut flakes

1/2 dark chocolate chips

Remove from oven and cool completely

Break up into pieces

Add coconut and chocolate and combine
