How to make limoncello over night


Zest 12 lemons

Put zest in a sous vide bag. Add 1ltr. Vodka and seal. Steam in a Combi oven at 121F (49C) for 35 min. Let sit overnight.

Juice the lemons

Strain zest from vodka. Add lemon juice and 2c. Simple syrup to vodka.

Keep in the freezer to enjoy cold.
