Here is what I got from my garden in the beginning! Yellow squash, zucchinis, and cucumber. The zucchinis were great for this zucchini bread!
Here are all of the ingredients, I didn't use walnuts this time. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Sift together the dry ingredients
Use a paddle attachment for your mixer
Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla
Add in the dry ingredients and mix slowly
Add in the zucchini and walnuts if you are using them
Grease and flour two 8 x 4 pans and distribute the batter evenly between the pans. Bake for 50-70 minutes or until almost completely set
Allow the breads to cool before cutting them
