How to make gluten-free lasagna "noodles"

Cut the cauliflower in smaller pieces.

Place in a food processor.

Make a rice.

Pour in a bowl and put in the micro. Set it for 2 min. on full heat.

Stir and cook another 2 min. If you have the patience, place the cauliflower rice between 2 towels to remove as much liquid as possible. I tried with kitchen towels but the rice just got stuck to it.

Stir again..

...and add the eggs.

Season with salt & black pepper.

Flatten it out onto parchment paper.

Try to make it evenly spread.

Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15 min.

Let cool and cut in preferred sizes. Use as lasagna noodles.
