How to cook bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed

Cut chicken breasts in half and pound out thin.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon some of the spinach and red pepper bell mixture onto each one. Place a few chunk of cream cheese, cheddar cheese in chicken.

Use 2 bacon for each piece.

Roll up the chicken and wrap with strips of bacon.

Transfer to a tray and coat/spray with some oil.

Preheat 400c for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes, steamed some broccoli for our side dish.

After 20 minutes, turn the chicken to another side and continue bake for 15 minutes more. Some of the cheese is going to ooze out. If you lined your baking sheet, it will be an easy cleanup.

Take it out again transfer to a pan fried the bacon skin till crispy.

Remove the bacon wrapped chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting into pieces. Then enjoy the delicious tasty crispy chicken dinner!

Option 2: Since I am out of cheetah cheese, I used fata cheese and cream cheese, spinach, chili and green pepper, add fried butter garlic green bean, carrot and broccoli.
