How to make easy and healthy "salmon-in-a-pan"

Tools: knife, chopping board, casserole, non-stick pan, tablespoon

Ingredients: spinach, salt, pepper, light creme fraiche, red chili, garlic, whole wheat pasta, salmon filet, lemon

Light cooking oil/butter replacement

Chop all veg except spinach

Cut salmon filet in squares. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry until golden (only 2-3 mins, not supposed to be cooked through yet)

Cook pasta

Heat the pan. Fry garlic and chili.

Add salmon cubes.

Add creme fraiche, and lemon juice. Stir and add spinach.

Stir and let cook for 2-3 mins.

Drain pasta.
