How to make healthy blueberry lemon muffins

Ingredients: oats, baking powder, blueberries, fry light butter, Canderell, honey, egg, soy milk , vanilla extract, lemon

Tools: bowl, measuring cups, tablespoon, teaspoon, hand mixer, whisk, teaspoon

Put oven on 200 degrees celcius

Put all ingredients except blueberries in a bowl and blend with hand mixer

Mix together until even, add blueberries and mix carefully with a whisk or spoon

Put mix in a Muffin tray

Put muffin tray in the oven for 12-15 mins or until golden.

Take tray out of the oven and let the muffins cool down for a couple of mins before you take them out of the tray and add the frosting (see next step).

If you want a healthy frosting on top you can mix a tablespoon of greek yogurt with a teaspoon of lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Enjoy😋

Can be enjoyed without frosting as well!
