How to make easy granola bars

Gather your ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut oil (or oil of choice), 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup nut butter (I used half almond half peanut), 1 cup oats, and 1 cup of mixture of nuts, seeds, & chocolate chips

Melt honey, nut butter, and oil in a medium sized pot

Stir until it's a liquid mixture

Pour the cup of oats to the mixture and mix well

Pour the nut/seed/chocolate mixture and mix well

Spread the mixture onto a sheet, size 8x8 or 9x4 (this is the smallest one I could find).

Chill in the fridge for at least two hours

Cut into pieces...and enjoy!
