How to make healthy gluten-free turkey meatballs

Please refer to supply list

Chop the onion as small as possible

In a bowl, add the ground turkey, chopped onion and crushed or chopped garlic

Add egg and gluten free bread crumbs

Add dill (optional). I really like the flavour of dill

Mix well

Add salt and pepper

When mixed well, form the mixture into small balls

In a pan, heat the olive oil

Fry the meatballs for 5-7min on low to medium heat

Then flip them and fry for another 5-7 min

In order to ensure the centre of meatballs are cooked, place them in preheated oven (350 F) and bake for 15-20 min.

Add your favourite meatball sauce and enjoy!
