How to make egg drop noodle soup

Gather your ingredients (see list)

Soak your noodles in a bowl of very hot water for approximately 15 minutes. (Directions may vary with brands, check package)

Add your chicken stock to a medium-size saucepan.

Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the chicken stock and heat until boiling then reduce to a simmer.

Chop your chives and set aside. You can also substitute one bunch of green onion.

Crack the egg into a small bowl or mug and whisk.

Remove noodles from bowl and drain. Here is what the cellophane noodles I used look like after soaking.

When the stock comes to a boil, use a utensil to stir it quickly so it all flows in a circular motion. Then slowly drizzle your egg into the soup.

Add the 1tsp of Spicy Orange Sesame Seasoning to the soup.

Then add the noodles and chives to the soup. Heat for a few minutes over medium heat.
