How to bake dairy free banana bread

Peal the bananas and put them in a medium sized bowl

Mash real good

Measure make sure you have 2 cups or close to it for this recipe

Spray your pans and pre heat the oven to 350*

Get the flour baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl

Measure coconut oil in a small microwave safe bowl

25 seconds in the microwave

Add sugar

Mix well until it looks like the picture

Add some cinnamon

Mix well

Add eggs

Mix well until all the eggs are broken and the mixture is yellow

Add peanut butter and coco to the bananas

Mix well

Add the sugar and egg mixture to the four bowl

Toss and add the peanut buttery bananas

A spatula works great for this part it will be very sticky and thick

After everything has been mixed well pour the batter in the pans evenly

Bake for 45 minutes

Kittens waiting patiently

When it comes out make sure to check and see if it is done by stickin a fork in it. If it comes out clean put it on a wire rack to cool, if it comes out wet stick it back it for a few minuets
