How to cook chilli

Here you go

Peel your onion

Chop your onion

Put some oil in a heated up pan and add onions and garlic

Our mince was frozen so we cooked it with out the other ingredients

You mince will start to brown and your onion will turn clear soft

Add the onion to the mince

Add the spices

Add tomatoes

Stir up

Drain and add in the kidney beans, don't forget to stir

Leave to simmer stir occasionally while you cook the rice

Weigh out some rice I am not going to tell you how much to weigh out because it depends how many people you are cooking for

If your chilli becomes dry adds more tomatoe puray

Drain the rice

Dish up and enjoy
