How to make vegan waffles with homemade blueberry jam


Ingrediens: gluten free oats (processed into flour),agave sirup, baking powder ,vegan butter (melted) , cardamom,chia egg (2tbs chia seeds+ 6 tbs water. Put in fridge for 5-10 mins), vanilla extract

Tools: measuring jug, teaspoon, tablespoon, bowl,whisk, waffle iron

Ingrediens for blueberry jam: frozen blueberries and agave sirup

Mix ingredients for the waffles (dry first, wet after). Set aside in fridge for 5-10 mins until it's like a medium thick paste). Heat in waffle iron until golden (my mix made 2 1/2 waffle)

Heat ingredients for blueberry jam for 5-10 mins until combined. Stir frequently.

Serve waffles with blueberry jam on top. Enjoy 😋
