How to make a chicken sandwich without chicken


The first thing you want to do is toast both pieces of your bread.

Next, grease your pan and crack open your egg. Add pepper of you would like.

Once your egg is is done cooking, flip it over to cook the other side. Add your cheese so it can melt.

Cut up your tomato for the sandwich.

Remove your egg from the pan and place it on one piece of bread. On the other piece, mash your avocado and spread it onto the bread. I think the avocado tastes a lot like chicken on this sandwich.

Now we are going to assemble the sandwich. Add your tomato and spinach. This would be the time to add ketchup, I chose to leave it out.

Finally, put your sandwich together and cut it in half. Enjoy!
